New Clients
Here at Kuhl, Phillips, & Jans, Inc. we value getting to know our clients and enjoy hearing about how the rest of their year has been. We are accepting new clients. We have an application process that gives us the opportunity to learn how we can serve you. If you feel like KPJ would be a good fit for you, please click on the New Client Application below and provide us with the requested information. This application can be dropped off at our office. We do have an after hours secure drop-off box at the front of our building.
Please contact us at the office any time if you have questions.

Thank you for considering us for your tax and accounting needs. We’re excited to learn more about you and how we can help!
To get started, please complete this New Client Application. We also need a copy of your prior year’s tax return (Federal & State), including any applicable depreciation schedules. You can drop it off at our office or securely submit it electronically—just reach out to us, and we’ll provide instructions.
Once we have reviewed your information, we’ll determine if we’re the right fit for your needs. If so, we’ll move forward with onboarding and entering your prior returns into our system. This ensures a smooth process for future filings. There is a one-time onboarding fee, billed at our professional rate, with a minimum of $175.00. If we determine we’re unable to provide services, we’ll notify you and securely dispose of your documents.
If you have any questions, feel free to call our office—we’re happy to help!
